Best Fat Lose Exercises
1. Doing jumping jacks during TV
advertisements
I always hear people say how they're so busy that they
can't fit in a good fat lose exercise session. Give me
a break. We're all crazy busy, but some of us still find
cool ways to fit in exercise. I think they're just
not motivated enough to fit exercising into their day. Well
ok, whatever. I am sure to wow them with this then. Try
doing jumping jacks during TV commercials... at least 6
different TV advertisements breaks.
I know that each commercial break is at least 3 minutes
so you should do this at least 5 different times, this is
15 minutes of exercise that you have slipped into
your to-do list without any trouble. I advise you to do
this and stick with it. Remember to be creative, you can
even jump rope instead.
2. Try 6 sets of 15 bodyweight squats
Bodyweight squats is a great exercise that doesn't
require any weights what so ever. All you need is you and
your floor. Please make sure to squat down deep enough. You
should not cheat on this exercise since nobody is watching,
you'll only be cheating yourself. Trust me doing these sets
all together and resting for about 45-60 seconds
between sets you will see and feel the results. You can
alternate the time you do it between day or night, Just
make sure you get all the sets and reps done by the end of
the day.

are easy and quick, try giving yourself about 2 weeks
of doing this and have fun!!
